Our programs provide support for various personal challenges, including mental health, traumatic life events, financial and legal advice, and substance use management. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where our partners feel valued and empowered to take care of their mental health.

Free Confidential Counseling

What is the EAP?

The employee assistance program (EAP) provides support for mental health, traumatic life events, financial and legal advice, and other personal challenges. It includes free confidential counseling sessions (up to 8 visits per issue), support groups, mental health tip sheets and guides, budgeting tools, and more.

Who is Eligible for the EAP?

All Schreiber partners and members of their household.

How to Get Started

To get started with the EAP, you can contact SupportLinc at 888-881-5462 or visit their website at www.supportlinc.com (Code: schreiberfoods). You will have the option to choose between in-person, virtual, or texting counseling services. Additional information can be found in the Summary of Benefits Coverage or FAQ.

What is Pelago?

Pelago is a fully virtual clinic for substance use management, focused on helping members cut back, stop, or otherwise manage their substance use. It offers personalized treatment and ongoing support for overcoming alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, opioid, and cannabis use. Pelago provides physician-led clinical care, addiction recovery support, medication management, remote monitoring, personalized digital cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and complex condition management.

Who is Eligible for Pelago?

Pelago is available at no cost to all Schreiber Foods partners and their verified spouses and children aged 15 to 25.

How to Get Started

To get started with Pelago, visit their website at pelago.health/schreiberfoods and create an account. Once your account is set up, you’ll complete a call with a care team member. The Pelago Care Team will then construct a personalized treatment plan based on clinical factors and enroll you in the plan. You’ll then be on your journey towards a substance-free life!

Legal Support

SupportLinc offers one 30‑minute legal consultation per issue. Any services beyond that initial consultation would come at a cost to the partner, typically at a discounted rate when using a referred attorney.
