These schedules reflect our commitment to promoting work-life harmony by supporting a variety of preferences and needs. Whether you’re looking for a temporary or supplemental arrangement, we may have options that align with your lifestyle. Please note, that while these schedules are not considered fully benefit-eligible, they may include access to select programs depending on your location.

Verify Employment Type

At the time of hire, the HR representative will explain the employment type and schedule you are being hired into. You can also view your employment type by logging into Workday, checking your Workday profile, and looking at your Employee Type and Time Type in your Job Details on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. ACA: May qualify under the Affordable Care Act for medical benefits – supplemental, temporary part time and non-union regular part time must average 30 or more hours during look back period to qualify.
  4. FMLA: Partners are eligible for FMLA if the following requirements have been met:
    • Been employed with Schreiber for 12 months or more.
    • Worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12 months prior to the commencement of leave.
    • Works at a Schreiber facility with 50 or more partners, or works within 75 miles of a facility with 50 or more partners.
  5. Partners who are exempt from U.S. Social Security and Medicare taxes are not eligible to participate in the 401(k) and ESOP.
  6. Access to the following benefits upon medical enrollment:  HSA (if enrolled in HDHP), 2nd MD, Sword, Carrot, Digbi, Color Health, One Pass Select

Most Schreiber internships are structured as temporary part-time positions, reflecting the intended scope and duration of the roles. However, some locations may offer temporary full-time internships to meet specific academic requirements, such as co-op programs. Once the full-time need concludes, these internships typically transition back to temporary part-time status.
