Partner Development

The Partner Development Program is designed to help partners gain new skills, take on new responsibilities, and move towards leadership roles if desired. The program offers job-specific training, leadership mentoring, competency models, and development opportunities. Partners are encouraged to voice their career aspirations and work towards sharpening their skills and talents.

Training and Development provides a comprehensive training calendar that includes required training and partner development cycles. The training covers various topics such as partner safety, cyber security, food safety, and annual HIPAA training. Partners can also access LinkedIn Learning courses and other digital resources to enhance their skills. The training calendar outlines important dates for goal setting, performance feedback, and talent reviews.

Where applicable, performance reviews are an ongoing process between leaders and partners. The reviews include mid-year summaries and year-end evaluations. The performance summary process helps align activities needed for succession planning, provides career planning feedback, and identifies training curriculum needs.
