The Wellness Program is designed to prioritize preventive health measures and mental well-being for our partners.

Wellness Incentive

By participating in various health-related activities, partners can earn points towards a $1,200 wellness incentive. The program emphasizes the importance of regular check-ups, mental health training, and physical activity, encouraging partners to take proactive steps in maintaining their overall health. With a focus on both physical and mental wellness, the program aims to create a healthier and more supportive environment for everyone.

Eligibility

All benefits-eligible partners enrolled in a Schreiber medical plan.

Incentive

All tiers of coverage are eligible for a $1,200 incentive upon earning 5 points. If enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you will be funded $1,200 into your Health Savings Account (HSA). Partners enrolled in Surest will receive a $1,200 taxed incentive on a normal payslip.

Earning the Incentive

Partners can start earning points by going to Assethealth.com/schreiber, and logging in using their Workday username and password. Accumulate 5 points by engaging in a mix of the activities listed below by November, 30 2025. You can submit activities for points as long as they were completed within the current calendar year, even if they were done before your hire date.
