Earned Wage Access
Earned Wage Access (EWA), offered through Branch, lets partners access a portion of their earned wages before payday—providing timely support for unexpected expenses or financial emergencies. This benefit gives partners greater flexibility and control over their finances.
Eligibility
This benefit is available at no cost to all non-union partners.

Financial Guidance & Support
Brightside is a platform that provides financial support and resources to help partners and their family members manage their money, reduce debt, and save for the future. It offers access to financial experts, tools, and resources to assist with various financial needs. Brightside’s Financial Assistant’s (FA) help participants find government and community resources, explore loan alternatives, and set up loan repayment plans through payroll deductions if necessary. Additionally, Brightside assists in establishing emergency savings accounts, supports application completion, and aids in bill negotiations while identifying obstacles to saving. Eligibility
This benefit is available at no cost to all regular full-time or non-union regular part-time partners and adult members of their household.
How to Get Started
Register on the Brightside app, online at app.gobrightside.com or call 855-940-15071. Financial Assistants are available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET.
Once registered, you’ll answer a few questions about your financial needs, situation, concerns, and goals by phone or secure chat. Your Brightside Financial Assistant will work with you to understand your unique needs, goals, and priorities. They’ll offer options to help address them, step by step.
