Diabetes, Weight, & Gut Health
Digbi uses information from your genes and gut bacteria to create a plan that can help with issues like weight, digestion, and pre or type 2 diabetes. The program includes at-home testing kits, health coaches, and educational resources to support you in making lasting health improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible partners and dependents enrolled in the Schreiber medical plan can access the Digbi Health program at no cost. To qualify, individuals must be 18 or older and meet at least one of the following criteria.
- Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 to 30, with a related comorbidity such as Pre-Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, or other cardiometabolic conditions
- Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 30
- Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis
- Medical diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis
