Through various initiatives and programs, we aim to foster relationships, support local organizations, and create opportunities for community involvement.

The Matching Gifts Program at Schreiber Foods allows partners to make donations to qualified nonprofit organizations and have those donations matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 per fiscal year. Partners can request matching donations through the myImpact portal using payroll deduction, credit card, or PayPal. Donations made offline can also be matched by providing a receipt and requesting a match in myImpact within two months of the donation. The program aims to support causes partners are passionate about and drive efficiencies for nonprofits receiving donations through the Benevity platform.

Additionally, partners can earn volunteer rewards by tracking their volunteer time in the Volunteer Rewards program. For each hour volunteered, partners can earn a $10 donation credit to give to a nonprofit of their choice, up to 50 hours or $500 per fiscal year.
